I can't even articulate the service that I received from Ann before, during, and after my trip - she was absolutely AMAZING to work with! I had planned to meet my daughter in New Zealand (she was living in Melbourne), and then we were both traveling to Melbourne the following week. Well, the day before I was to leave the U.S., my daughter had an accident and was hospitalized in Melbourne. Knowing she would be unable to travel, I started communicating with Ann (on a Sunday!) and she was able to work miracles and got me rerouted right to Melbourne. She cancelled all of my tours/hotels/car in New Zealand, and then to top it off, she started my travel insurance claim for me! She repeatedly assured me throughout this experience to breathe, remain calm, and it would be okay. It was such a relief to have someone deal with all of this while I was in the air – when I landed, I had texts from her telling me what gate to go to, what flight I was on, and NOT TO WORRY. She was a LIFESAVER!

Jeanne helped us secure plane tickets to the island of Mauritius. She was excellent to work with and I would have highly recommended her for the initial ticket. Then COVID hit and my husband got it and we had to postpone our trip twice! Jeanne totally understood and adjusted our tickets each time. She had empathy and compassion helping us for each of these changes. I can confidently scream from the mountain tops that Jeanne is excellent and will go the extra mile to arrange your trip to make it happen! We look forward to working with her again.
